Job Description
- Work with Technical on new raw material and new product qualification.
- Set up raw material sampling plan.
- Set up internal product specification comply technical datasheet or global specification.
- Established work instruction comply quality task related.
- Supervise quality team to ensure quality control process since raw material incoming, in line quality control till outgoing inspection
- Work across functional department for improvement project and routine task related.
- Maintenance lab equipment and manage consumable in laboratory.
- Analyze routine issue and testing result by applies statistical tools.
- Handling customer claims and complaint with related departments and lead team the PDCA or action in place.
- Work as a team member of ISO9001,GMP&HACCP,Halal and BRC working team.
- To follow all Quality Hygiene and Safety regulation.
- Initiate project improvement
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male/Female, age 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Science/Engineering with major in Organic Chemistry/Analytical Chemist/Polymer Science/Chemical
- Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in plastic industry.
- Experience in multinational company is an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Apply statistical techniques to monitor processes and make data-based decision.
- Knowledge Green Belt or Black Belt
- Knowledge process improvementEnglish Level
