    [Job summary]
    - Production control of manufacturing plants
    - Supervision of the manufacturing process to ensure that safety standards are met
    - Develop and manage production plans
    - Management of production line related to molding, painting and printing
    - Management of 30 Thai people on the production line
    - Reporting to Japanese manager in English

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male only, Thai nationality, 35-45 years old
    - English is communication level or above
    - Be able to commute on own(Driving own car or bike etc)
    - Be able to work 2 times on Saturday per month(1st and 3rd Saturday is work day)
    - At least 5 years experience as Production management

    [Advantage]
    - Experience of production management in Nonwovens factories

Additional Information

  • Benefit

    - Perfect attendance allowance: 375 baht salary every 15 days (750 baht in a month)
    - Meals allowance: 35 Baht per day.
    *If there is overtime work, more 35 baht will be paid.
    - Manager position allowance: 3,400 Baht
    - English allowance (professional): Based on conversation
    - Bonus: Once a year at the end of December, average 2.3 months
    - Salary increase: Once a year in April, about 2.6% actual
