  Company Strategy : Establishment of periodontal management centered on Periocline
  
  - Meeting targets set by the management.
  - Liaise with logistic/colleagues to ensure equipment for supporting events such as distributor meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows are in place.
  - Manage monthly forecast and stocks and analyse past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.
  - Assist with marketing plans provided by management—e.g. advertising, PR distribution.
  - Develop plans and strategies in order to penetrate competitive sites.
  - Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  - Assist and support customers in the application and technical use of our products.
  - Liaise with customer/suppliers/freight forwarder on goods delivery arrangement.
  - Continuously update product information into the region of responsibilities (e.g. product trainings, workshops).
  - Assist Management in sales/service order processing and other sales/service-related support and administrative duties.
  - Generate quotations and follow-up with Principals and Customers.
  - Process customer P/O, contracts and submission of Purchase Requisitions to Vendors and follow up in delivery status and shipment.
  - Build and maintain good relationships with related KOLs.
  - Assist in invoice/billing settlement from external parties with Finance and Accounting department.
  - Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, distributing faxes, filing, printing and compiling of company materials.
  - Able to have frequent business trips domestically and abroad.
  - Handle any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by superior.
