  • Job Description

    - Improve plant maintenance; RO system, RO tank, Boiler, water flow meter & pump. WWT system, Water Cooling system, Pre-Melting system, Mezzanine floor. Setting maintenance time table of all major machines & equipment’s.
    - Cooperation with Production Supervisor to maintain and improve our chemical production process: quality, and cycle time.
    - Develop a high safety standard by following the zero-lost time goal and also comply with local HSE laws and regulations.
    - Improve & Develop Waste Management plan and action list.
    - Improve constantly the environmental and yearly sustainability plan.
    - Improve space management for Raw Material and FG to make sure that we are using our space efficiency and effectively. And proper storage location and risks according to GHS storage identification.
    - Provide a proper training and skill development to his manpower in order to achieve a high performance, awareness in HSE and GHS labelling.
    - Develop a good team work and disciplinary within the team to company rules and regulation.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, engineering or higher.
    - Computer knowledge / Safety, Hazards, Environments (Ecology) knowledge /labor and industrial regulations knowledge / ISO knowledge.
    - Self-motivated, analytical ability, team spirit, responsible, ability to work under pressure, pleasant communication with strong leadership value.
    - Proficiency in English both speaking and written.
