  • Job Description

    - Store documents Prepare reports on purchase tax, sales tax and summarize VAT reports P.P.30.
    - Work with CPA to prepare PND.3, PND.53, PND.36 and summarize monthly reports.
    - Maintain financial records together with the CPA
    - Manage all expenses and ensure they are correctly booked in the financial records
    - Debt collection telephone Coordinate payments with customers
    - Support the Issuance of tax invoices to customers
    - Issue ageing reports to sales persons
    - Monitor expenses to budget
    - Manage the cashflow
    - Other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, age 30-40 years old.
    - Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting field.
    - At least 3 years work experience in Accounting job.
    - CPD License will be advantage.
    - Excellence skills in Excel/ Google Sheet, dashboard, finance analysis, examination and control.
    - Good communicate in English (speaking, writing, reading and listening)
    - Good relationship and able to work under pressure.
    - Able go to work by themselves.
