  -Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  -Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  -Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  -Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  - Analyzed Historical sell out data, and inventory Structure.
  - Understand product Flow in each season.
  - Provide forecast sales and Stock movement with proper action plan if needed.
  -Manage launching new product/ Inventory and shipment process.
  - Monitor campaign / product launch and shipment to ensure all pre-order have been pick on time.
  - Work closely with operation / merchandising for product delivery process status.
