  • Manage production planning improve and develop PTR production to keep the KPI target of the productivity, controlling to reduce the loss in the process
  • Manage and control production system in accordance with the quality control system.
  • Control the repair and maintenance of transformers to be always efficient.
  • Prepares periodic status reports that describe operating performance, issues and forecasts of future performance.
  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth of operation.
  • Push and follow the Kaizen activities and 5S.
