    【Responsibilities】
    1.Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Strategy Building (40%)
    - Responsible for all aspect of digital communication for our clients both international and local brands from strategy to action.
    - Provide relevant and timely information on marketing initiatives suitable for various industries alongside the recommendation on what media platforms are best utilized for digital campaigns.
    - Define and manage clients’ KPIs to ensure all strategies and implementation plan are met the goal.
    - Budget planning and recommending for the brands in online media suitable for specific campaign matching with target audiences and business objectives.
    - Research the industry on an on-going basis to know what changes may be on the horizon that will impact current and future strategy of digital marketing and E-commerce.
    - Updating Hot Topics /Relevant Trends and propose / consult the actionable implications for clients (Social Trend, Google Trend, E-commerce Trend…others).

    2.PROJECT MANAGEMENT (40%)
    - Follow project to smoothly work with internal team and other stakeholders (Other Departments) to make sure well-delivered project with high quality & on time.
    - Drive and implement cost effective online, social media marketing campaigns and EC platform marketing (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop etc.) for all marketing funnels.
    - Guide and train the team members to create a proposal material with an annual and monthly media planning, include: budget allocation for each media, deciding ads content, and negotiate with the other vendors.
    - Prepare & conduct daily/weekly/monthly performance review or project review with clients.
    - Gain insights from digital tools and database and direct the team member for better proposal and reporting to client based on the insights.
    - Develop and manage good relationships with clients.
    - Organize and lead the discussions with clients in meetings.
    - Manage project P&L to meet company’s target.

    3. TEAM MANAGEMENT (30%)
    - Develop strategy and action plans to attain the P&L target, and responsible for executing those plans with the support from the Senior Manager.
    - Work together with the pre-sales team to make proposals and help acquire new clients/projects.
    - Responsible for team management, consisting of project managers and ad optimizers, to achieve with high productivity and encourage team collaboration among related parties to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
    - Develop team members qualified for company business needs, by assigning right jobs to right persons, managing team workload and performance, giving feedback to team members in a timely manner periodically.
    - Deliver coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in client service and project management.
    - Inspiring all the relevant teams and solving everyone’s difficulties; listening to team member difficulties and motivating them; giving recognition for good performance as well as managing poor performance.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree
    ‐ At least 5 years’ work experience in digital marketing agency or digital marketing division of B2C/B2B company
    - Good command of English (Level 3 or above)

    【Advantage】
    - Hands-on knowledge/skills in digital ads campaign (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
    - Experience in E-commerce business is a big plus
    - Knowledge in Google Analytics, SEO, CDP, and CRM
    - Possess data-oriented mind
    - Communication skills: Must be professional and charming.
    - Advance in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office
