  - Seek out new materials and new parts/inspections/price negotiations
  - Suppliermanagement and negotiation
  - Control supplier activity:Price update,supplier evaulation
  - Mornitor delivery and P/O outstanding and report to Manager
  - Prepare necessary reports to Manager
  - To coorperate and keep good relationship with all concern parties
  - Control to cost down with supplier
  - Prepare and analysis purchase report
