    Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Affiliate Marketing

    [Job summary]
    The primary focus of this role is on managing and improving the operations and performance of digital advertising for clients, rather than new business development.
    - Manage digital marketing campaigns for corporate clients, focusing on optimizing performance and meeting client goals.
    - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, mainly Thai companies, by addressing their digital marketing needs.
    - Work closely with corporate clients, understanding their challenges and requests related to digital marketing operations.
    - Lead and train a digital marketing sales team of 4 to 5 people, ensuring effective execution of campaigns.
    - Report directly to the CEO

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor degree in PR, marketing, journalism, or related field.
    - Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or affiliate marketing
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience or skills in handling content writing is bonus
    - Well verse in advertising and affiliate marketing industry is an advantage
    - Can planning and make sales strategy
    - To be thorough and pay attention to detail
    - Persistence and determination

    - Ability to work well with others
    - Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
    - Capable to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
    - Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
    - Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
    - Quick and enthusiastic learner.
