  • Job Description

    Procurement:

    - Participate in setting policy Strategy of the purchasing department's operations in line with the company's policies and goals.

    COST ESTIMATE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
    - Determine cost estimate targets during the pitching stage process and able to recommend cost effective solutions
    - Gather information by liaising with stakeholders in order to convert building specifications to cost estimates
    - Utilize cost methodologies and tools to prepare and maintain reliable and accurate data
    - Assess cost effectiveness and track actual costs relative to budget and report status on a regular basis to ensure costs are in line with budget
    - Investigate and identify cost reduction opportunities through cost analysis review
    - Engage in the bidding process to prepare tender documents, comparison table and negotiate with contractor

    QUANTITY SURVEYING MANAGEMENT
    Coordinating with and contacting suppliers and contractors.
    Understanding and Preparing a bill of BOQ (cost, budget and material used in construction).
    Comparing prices and analyzing construction prices and estimating costs.
    Being a procurement and construction costs consultant.
    Handling all the costs associated with construction, interior and project work (Budget and cost control).
    Negotiating and adjusting the price base for the workload to be in line with standard.
    Handling other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Has good knowledge and ability to manage organizations and procurement teams in project development in the real estate business. and is a person with creative ideas and continuous development
    - Bachelor's degree and above Business administration Engineering, civil engineering or related fields
    - Experience in project procurement in the real estate business for 10 years or more. At the commanding level
    - Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret data and drawing to cost estimation
    - Results orientated and organized with the ability to deliver against deadlines
    - Knowledge of estimating technique
    - Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
