  • Job Description

    - Accurately and promptly conclude monthly accounting procedures.
    - Collaborate and furnish documentation to external auditors.
    - Oversee and supervise the daily activities of Accounts Payable (AP), including supplier payments.
    - Scrutinize account reconciliations prior to finalizing monthly reports.
    - Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to team members.
    - Analyze account reconciliations, ensuring precision and timely submission.
    - Record journal entries and manage transactions related to month-end closures.
    - Organize the schedule for meeting all filing deadlines and support month-end closure activities.
    - Engage with external auditors to provide financial data for completing half-year and year-end audit reports.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Female or Male age between 35-40 years old
    - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
    - Closing Financial Statement skill is Mandatory.
    - Good command in communication English in writing and speaking.
