〜将来的な工場長候補者を募集中!〜【募集背景】将来的に現職の工場長の後任としてご活躍いただける方を募集しております。まずは現職の工場長のもとで工場のマネジメントノウハウを学び、数年後には工場長として重要な役割を担い、工場運営をリードしていただきます。【業務内容】将来的な工場長候補のポジションになります。そのため、現在の工場長の補佐として、工場の全部署のマネジメントに関わっていただきます。1.生産管理・工程管理・品質管理ボトルネックの特定と改善策の立案、資材の在庫管理や供給状況の管理 また、日本企業の基準に沿った製品品質を維持するため、品質管理体制を厳格に守る、トラブルシューティングの対応2.人材管理と教育人材採用、現地スタッフの指導や育成(現地スタッフの研修)3.安全管理とコンプライアンス工場の安全衛生基準を守るため、工場の設備点検や衛生管理、災害時の対応マニュアル整備といったリスク管理5.コスト管理工場の運営にかかるコストを最適化し、利益率の向上させるために設備投資、材料費、労働力などのコストバランスの管理6. その他:新しい商品の立ち上げに際に従業員への周知、お客様対応等【組織構成】従業員数:2000名程度部署数:5部署 ※直接マネジメントするのは各部署のマネージャーです。
