• 工作内容

  - Plan, organize and execute sales activities for the technology field all over Southeast Asia in close cooperation with the dedicated sales team in China and Germany.
  - Contribute to the Southeast Asia sales and marketing strategy for the technology field/business unit.
  - Develop sales & distribution channels for long term growth and enhance business relationship with customers and business partners.
  - Define and make contact with potential new customers.
  - Timely discovery of new or potential projects.
  - Support the product management in preparing offer documents.
  - Negotiate sales prices and conditions within the framework of individual authorizations and under observation of corporate guidelines.
  - Adapt offers technically in coordination with the product management.
  - Regular reporting: on situation at customers and development of projects and offers submitted.
  - Support the product management in the execution of orders.
  
  Customer Relationships Maintenance
  - Intensify existing customer relations on all relevant technical and decision-making levels through regular contacting; sustain long-term customer satisfaction and customers’ loyalty.
  - Collect individual customer requirements (specifications).
  - Regular technology, product and corporate presentations at customers.
  
  Marketing Business Support
  - Participate in exhibitions, symposia and conferences in SEA.
  - Coordinate with the marketing department.
  - Competition monitoring and market research
