Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
Assist in training new customer service staff and sharing best practices.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Receiving orders from customer and distribute to factories.
Qualifications
Requirement
[ MUST ]
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.English Level
